Was created in 26/5/2010 on the basis of the Decision of the Syrian Minister of Economy and Trade No. 2617.
Has financial and administrative independence.
Consists of 18 prominent board members who are entrepreneurs from Syria’s business community and major industries.
Its activities are based on collective work in the service of economic relations between the Syrian Arab Republic and the United States of America.
